Zhengzhou Fangkuai is collaborating with a food processing company based in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, specializing in the production of juice drinks. In the production and processing of fruit and vegetable juices, boilers serve as essential equipment on the production line, providing high-temperature steam for various processes such as distillation and sterilization. The quality of the steam plays a crucial role in influencing the taste of the juice. Consequently, the company places significant emphasis on the overall quality of the boiler when procuring steam boiler equipment. After evaluating numerous boiler companies in the market, the company chose to partner with Zhengzhou Fangkuai. Fangkuai supplied them with a 10-ton coal-fired steam boiler (WNS10-1.25-Y.Q), along with a series of auxiliary equipment, accessories, and handled subsequent transport and installation tasks.

Product Advantages

In light of increasingly stringent national environmental protection regulations, the food processing company decided to transition to natural gas as its boiler fuel. They specifically requested NOx emissions to be less than 30mg/m3. After comprehensively understanding the customer’s production line and specific needs, Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler recommended an environmentally friendly gas boiler as the ideal solution – a coal-fired steam boiler. Additionally, Fangkuai provided a comprehensive boiler room design plan. This series of boilers features a large-diameter corrugated furnace, ensuring not only efficient fuel combustion but also providing ample heating surface and steam storage capacity.
